1. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be requested under the following conditions:

• Written Notice: Refund requests must be submitted in writing to admissions@dignitymedicaltraining.com .
• Time Frame:
  • 100% Refund: If request is received 7 days or more before the course start date.
  • 50% Refund: If request is received 3–6 days before the course start date.
  • No Refund: If request is received less than 72 hours before the course start date or once the course has begun.

2. Refund Method

• Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Cash payments will be refunded via check.
• Third-party financed payments may be subject to additional processing timelines.

3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are non-refundable:

• Registration fees
• Processing or administrative fees
• Course materials or certification exam fees once issued or accessed

4. Course Cancellations by DMTI

In the rare event that a course is canceled by DMTI: Students will be offered a full refund or transfer to a future course date without penalty.

5. Transfers & Credits

• Students may request to transfer to a future session once per enrollment, up to 3 days before class begins.
• No-show students forfeit the right to a refund or credit unless a documented emergency is submitted within 3 business days.
